·01· Is the first video consultation free?
Yes. Your first video consultation with any of our specialists is free, the same as our in-person policy. Follow-up consultations are charged at the same rate as in-person follow-ups.
·02· Do I need a special app?
No. The video link arrives by email and WhatsApp 30 minutes before your slot. It opens in your browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. A working camera and microphone are all you need.
·03· Will I get a prescription I can use at a pharmacy?
Yes. We email an e-signed digital prescription within an hour of the consult. Indian pharmacies accept it the same way they accept any registered doctor’s prescription.
·04· Can my partner or family join the call?
Of course. Fertility and pregnancy decisions are rarely solo. Anyone you want on the call can be on the call.
·05· Is video consultation covered by insurance?
No. Insurance is not accepted for video or in-person consults at Zivah. EMI options are available for treatment plans like IVF cycles.
·06· What if I need an in-person follow-up after the call?
Common, and easy. Your specialist will note that on the summary, and our coordinator will book the next visit at a slot that works for you, the same week if we can.
