Some questions need a person, not a pill.
Fertility, loss, high-risk pregnancy, post-partum. The medical chart rarely tells the whole story. Our counsellor, clinical nutritionist and yoga lead hold the rest of it. Confidential. Doctor-aware. First session free.
Four chapters of a journey that deserves a counsellor.
-
Fertility journey
The waiting, the cycles, the unanswered questions. Confidential, paced, on your timing.
-
Pregnancy loss
Miscarriage, recurrent loss, medical termination. Specialist support, no rush, no script.
-
Antenatal anxiety
High-risk pregnancy, scan stress, the weight of what-ifs. Held alongside your obstetric care.
-
Post-partum recovery
Hormones, sleep, identity, partner dynamics. We meet women where they actually are.
Some moments are not symptoms. They are weather. We learn to sit with them, together.

Things people ask before they book.
·01· Is the first session free?
Yes. The first counselling session at Zivah is complimentary, the same as our doctor consults. Follow-up sessions are charged at a single flat rate, with EMI available for longer plans.
·02· Will my partner or family find out?
No. Sessions are confidential. We share notes only with your treating Zivah doctor and only on your written consent. Nothing leaves the building without you saying so.
·03· Can I do counselling on video?
Yes. All counselling formats run on a secure video link if travel, time or privacy makes that easier. The same counsellor takes the call.
·04· Do I have to be a Zivah patient first?
No. Counselling is open to anyone. Many of our visitors come for the counsellor before they consider treatment, and that is exactly how it should be.
·05· I have started fertility treatment elsewhere. Can I still come?
Welcome. We will work with what you bring. Counselling is independent of where your medical care happens.
·06· Is this covered by insurance?
No. Insurance is not accepted for counselling or any other consultation at Zivah. EMI options are available for longer treatment or therapy plans.
You do not have to carry it alone. Pick a slot. We will sit with you.
Confidential. Four languages. In person at Pradhan Nagar or on a secure video call. The first session is free.
