Care first. Payment second.

Treatment that fits your month.

We accept every common payment method in India and offer 3 to 24-month EMI on credit cards from all major partner banks. The first consultation is free, the cost of treatment is written down for you in plain language, and you decide what works.

§ 01  ·  What we accept

Four payment methods, zero friction.

Standard at every Zivah location. Cards, UPI, net banking, cash. International cards welcome.

§ 02  ·  EMI partners

Spread the cost across 3 to 24 months.

EMI is available on credit cards from these banks. Bajaj Finserv offers instant no-cost EMI on select procedures.

§ 03  ·  How EMI works at Zivah

Three steps. No hidden fees.

  1. 01

    Talk to the doctor first

Your first consult is free. We map out a plan and write the total cost in plain English — nothing hidden, nothing assumed.

  2. 02

    Pick a tenure that fits

Choose 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months on cards from any of our partner banks. No-cost EMI on select procedures.

  3. 03

    Treatment starts

Once the EMI is approved (usually same day for credit-card EMI), treatment can begin. One invoice, paid over time, no surprises.

Why we don’t accept insurance — deliberately.

Fertility and IVF are excluded from most Indian health-insurance policies, and the few plans that nominally include them often dispute claims after the procedure is done. That leaves families holding paperwork and unexpected bills. Our answer is the opposite: a transparent fee, written in plain English at the time of treatment plan sign-off, paid on cards or EMI, with no insurance claim required and nothing to chase later.

§ 04  ·  Frequently asked

Money, tenure, and the fine print.

01 Do you accept health insurance?

No. Fertility and IVF are excluded from most Indian health-insurance policies, and the few that include them often dispute claims after the fact. We charge a transparent fee instead, with EMI to spread it out. You get a single invoice, no claim paperwork, no after-the-fact disputes.

02 Is the first consult really free?

Yes. Your first 30-minute consult with a Zivah specialist is complimentary, no card on file, no obligation. Same for the first counselling session.

03 Is EMI available on all treatments?

EMI is available on IVF cycles, ICSI, IUI, fertility evaluations and any treatment plan over a modest threshold. The team confirms eligibility at the time of treatment plan sign-off.

04 No-cost vs low-cost EMI — what is the difference?

No-cost EMI means the bank absorbs the interest, so your monthly payments multiplied together equal the original sticker price. Low-cost EMI carries a small interest charge written into the plan. Both are offered depending on the bank and the procedure.

05 Do you accept international cards?

Yes. Visa, Mastercard and American Express international cards are accepted for cash payment. International EMI plans depend on the issuing bank.
