·01· Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first consultation at Zivah is on us, with no commitment to follow-on treatment.
We do this so you can meet the specialist, ask anything, and decide what feels right for you.
·02· How soon will you call back after I submit?
Within working hours we typically call back the same day. Form submissions outside hours
are queued for the next morning. Urgent? Use the helpline below.
·03· Can I choose which doctor to consult with?
Yes. Our coordinators can match you to the right specialist based on what you mention in
the message field. You can also browse our team and request a particular consultant.
·04· Do you offer EMI or insurance?
EMI options are available for select procedures. We do not currently process insurance
cashless settlements directly, but we can issue itemised receipts for reimbursement.
·05· Is everything kept confidential?
Always. Every conversation, every record. We treat fertility, wellness and gynaecological
consults with the same quiet discretion you would expect from a private practice.
